Graveyard Shift by JacobCharlesDietz Graveyard Shift by JacobCharlesDietz
This is yet another one from the unfinished bin that I dusted off and am calling done. I think when I started this one I was thinking about those times working at some ungodly hour in the middle of nowhere and wishing I was somewhere warm and dry. Of course I can only imagine the overnight shift high atop a docking platform would be the worst, especially during a lightning storm ;)

Thanks for looking!

LOL also did some shift work as a student, it did suck royally. Watching spacecraft nosing up to dock might be quite fun even in the rain though... but after 10 years in the job then again maybe not. Great pic, I love its focus on 'normality in the future', very rare.

Oye i'm looking at the pic and it brings me back to the late nights i have done.
The rain was just adding to the feel of "i wanna be home"

off-the-scale awesomeness as usual. The detail work you put into your images is incredible.

I'm with you on working the late-night shift; I used to unload trucks, starting at around midnight, and going until they're done... it's hard work, that's even worse in the rain. And the details are incredible - I don't know what else you could do to it, to complete it.
