I’ve always pictured Deckard as being a bit of a tortured soul, someone who is unable to get out of his own head as he incessantly questions and validates his own humanity. I guess this was meant to capture one of those moments of contemplation before making his next move. So Yeah, another depressingly moody Blade Runner piece, but I hope you enjoy it nonetheless.
